Items missing out of my car two out of three times they had it for testing. I was told they would check cameras but heard nothing, months later, after my engine was replaced and I asked they said one item had it for testing. I was told they would check cameras but heard nothing, months later, after my engine was replaced and I asked they said one item had been on a bay but was no longer there but the other item wasn’t caught on any cameras. They did NOTHING!!! Makes me sick they have employees steel from cars and can’t/ won’t address it. I’ll NEVER take my car back there, I’ll drive to Indy. The only reason for two stars and not one is my car is running well. It should be though, less than 50k, 3 plus months in shop, not to mention the 3 plus months of testing before that to get a new engine. Also had to replace all my back brakes, rotors and calipers at 45k and was told my fronts were good. After almost 3 months in the shop some guy calls from Rhomans and starts telling me I need front brakes, is it ok to start. WTH? My car is there for an engine, no it’s not ok! What about my engine? He says, oh, I don’t know about that. I’ll have to call you back. He does about 2 hours later and says, it’s here, you should have your car back soon. A week later, still no call, no car! I go in to see what is going on, oh your car is done. I don’t know why no one called you. Yup, service isn’t just the repair! More
Frankie is a great asset, and has helped diminish the old adage that car dealership service centers will run up the bill on you.
