Super long time to get my engine replaced, which is not completely on the dealership itself, but Hyundai in general. Updates on my vehicle could have been better taken how long they had my vehicle. Options for courtesy vehicle and/or very discounted rental was not provided, but I know other non-Hyundai dealerships do provide this service. Advisor was nice enough, especially in person. I do not recommend Hyundai in general either, given the experience with having to have my engine and turbo replaced at around 108k miles, which was just over the 100k Hyundai drivetrain warranty. Thankfully covered under my extended non-Hyundai warranty. Also, the phone service is terrible... either send to a full voicemail box, not able to leave a message and/or talk with anyone at all, and even when you do leave a message, no return phone call. This was all during regular service department supposed "non-peak" hours. Also, tried to escalate a concern via text with my advisor, but never received a response to that concern from my advisor nor a supervisor. Again, some of my experience is on Hyundai in general. Ultimately, my vehicle was finally fixed and, over the last 4-5 days so far so good on all seeming well with the engine and turbo replacement, so on that point at least I would give them 5 stars (so far...). More
