My husband I stopped in after work to drop our car off for routine service and the service department was closing. Jim took the time to take all of our information (not just our keys) and wasn't in a hurr for routine service and the service department was closing. Jim took the time to take all of our information (not just our keys) and wasn't in a hurry to rush us out. He kept asking us if there was anything else we needed done to the car and actually there were other issues we were having. He then made two phone calls on our behalf. He had our car pulled in to the bay to start on first thing in the morning. He further checked to see if any of the issues we were having were under warranty (which 2 were) and saved us the cost of replacement. While our car was being serviced Jim called us about a problem with our front brakes and that was addressed. Jim is very easy to work with, very professional, doesn't pressure and he made what can be a real hassle, a very good experience. In addition, we feel the price we pay for services are reasonable and the reward program is great. More

Wonderful experience! Getting a car repaired is usually a very frustrating time consuming experience but Jim made it quick and painless!! He even gave me a ride and picked me up at my nail salon so I could e very frustrating time consuming experience but Jim made it quick and painless!! We visted Bob Pulte Chevrolet on Monday 03/04/2013. We had to have a problem checked out and resolved for our 20112 Silverado 2500 HD. This was covered under our warranty, But we recieved outstanding cust had to have a problem checked out and resolved for our 20112 Silverado 2500 HD. This was covered under our warranty, But we recieved outstanding customer service. As well we were furnished with a vehicle for the duration of time that our truck was being serviced. This is a work vehicle and to our suprise, our truck was completely back to working order in a matter of a few hours. I cannot begin to express my gratitude to DeWayne France for his helpfullness in getting us scheduled, serviced, and back on the road for work promptly, and without any problems. Thank you again he is definetly an assest to Bob Pulte Chevrolet! More

I received a card in the mail for a recall. When I called, JC was very helpful. I was able to schedule my service at my convenience. I was early, but they took me right away. JC estimated it would called, JC was very helpful. I was able to schedule my service at my convenience. I was early, but they took me right away. JC estimated it would take about an hour. The service was done in about 40 minutes. I have some work that needs to be done, and I plan on using Pulte, becasue of this experience. More
