I really like the personal attention given to whatever problems I have. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I truly like the way I am treated at Pulte, so much so that it is worth the half hour drive no matter what my auto service needs are. I recommend Pulte all the time. More

I throughly enjoyed my experience with the purchase of my new 2011 Tahoe LTZ. I am from West Virginia and found the sale on autotrader.com. Since the day I contacted the dealership I worked with Mr. Brooks new 2011 Tahoe LTZ. I am from West Virginia and found the sale on autotrader.com. Since the day I contacted the dealership I worked with Mr. Brooks on the sale. This was a unique sale for me. My father passed away leaving me his 2011 Chevy Silverado. The truck wasn't very condusive for my family so I had it for sale on autotrader. After several failed attempts at someone purchasing the truck I seen the ad at Bob Putle for the Tahoe that required a trade in. After speaking with Mr. Brooks, the price he was willing to offer me wasn't very close to what I was asking for it in the open market. So we agreed on a price and as soon as I was to receive the title I was going to drive and pick up my Tahoe. Well, this is when the trouble started with the finance company (where my father financed his Silverado). Long story short, it took me almost a month to receive the title from Ally Finanical whom I am very displeased with, but Mr. Brooks was very helpful and understanding. He kept in constant contact with me and never pushed or try to pursade me in anyway to come get the Tahoe before I could. His accommodations for me where above and beyond what I expected. So the day I finally receievd my title, I drove to Ohio and picked up my long awaited Tahoe with no hassle, no price change and no surprises. Mr. Brooks was honest and very friendly and the Tahoe looked and was emmaculate!! He even called me on the way home and asked how I like it, to which I was VERY please and in somewhat dismay that this was MY vehicle. The level of customer service was far beyond what I was used to at other dealerships I have dealt with. The price and service I received is something I will never forget and for that I thank you very very much. More

I buy all my Chevrolets from the dealerships in Lebanon I buy all my Chevrolets from the dealerships in Lebanon Ohio starting in 1965. The last new vehicle I bought was in 2010 it was a 2011 Equino I buy all my Chevrolets from the dealerships in Lebanon Ohio starting in 1965. The last new vehicle I bought was in 2010 it was a 2011 Equinox from Jim Kleiser. He was good to work with and answered all my questions. They do all my service work on my vehicles. Dewayne France keeps me updated on any maintenace items that should be done,if I have some questions he will take the time to talk to me about them. I took my 2000 Impala in, the airbag light came on and would not go out. They checked it out and I still had a question, so Dewayne had the service tehnician come out Andy Nelson that checked the airbag system he took the time to tell me everything I needed to know about the airbag system and he corrected the problem. Randy Hurst has always been very helpful over the years, it might be a question about a part for my 1965 Chevrolet or a service question about the other vehicles and always has the time to talk to me. Bob and Dan Pulte always takes the time to stop and talk to me, also Jim Couch has helped me in the past, told me that I had a small leak in my fuel filter on my 2000 Impala and he had it replaced,if there is a problem he will let you know. This is a great place to do business. More
AWESOME! This is top notch dealership with a great service department. I have been taking my vehicles to Pulte Chevy for a long time. DeWayne knew what the problem was with my car right away just from me describing the problem. He was honest and fair with me and I greatly appreciated that. When I called about my windshield, DeWayne told me about the company that is used and gave me their number so I could go to them directly which I thought was just awesome. Everything about my experience was great, except someone got into my car with oil on their feet. To clean this off the rubber mat wasn't so bad, but getting it off the carpet on the side wall was another m got into my car with oil on their feet. To clean this off the rubber mat wasn't so bad, but getting it off the carpet on the side wall was another matter. This spoiled what would have been a perfect experience. I would recommend the dealership, but with the warning to ask for paper mats. More
