I own two late model Chevrolets and Pulte is my dealership of record for both. I was in the service department on May 29th. My vehicle was due for the regular maintenance and tire rotation. And I was very concerned that my 3 year old SUV was having some serious AC problem. Jim and Randy assured me they would check it out and report to me as I waited in the lounge area with a fresh cup of coffee. Jim soon joined me in the lounge and said I was all ready to go. The AC problem was a minor adjustment and the complete service and tire rotation had already been completed. So, for a very minimal fee, I was once again on the road with complete peace of mind. There are other GM dealers much closer to my home, but I choose to drive 16 miles one way in order to enjoy the competent service, the friendly environment, and the professional attitude of the entire staff at Pulte Chevrolet. They advertise that they will beat any competitor's price by $600, but when I went to buy a vehicle, the offer they gave me was about $500 MORE than the advertised price at Jake Sweeney. The sales manager kept saying I had to "read the fine print" in the Sweeney ad, but THERE WAS NO FINE PRINT. I told them to show me the "fine print" and they couldn't do it. I had been to Sweeney earlier in the day and recieved a firm quote from them based on their ad. Pulte clearly had no intention of honoring their "will beat competitors by $600" promise and completely wasted my entire afternoon. More
After being turned away by another dealer when experiencing an oil consumption problem, General Motors, suggested I try Pulte Chevrolet. The service and communication were excellent. I new what was happening every step of the way and was treated very nice by all that worked there. I had my Cadillac in for warranty work as well as brake service. DeWayne explained all work & estimate, and as always the work was done on time & at the price quoted. Randy and his team went above and beyond expectations on my last visit. I asked Randy for assistance in getting a aftermarket exhaust for my 2012 Camaro ss. Randy went and searched one out for a truly great price. He got me the exhaust and gave me a more than fair price for installation. His team excelled when we had fitment issues that were related to the exhaust manufacturer. Rick the shop foreman spent a lot of time trying to correct the issue. He was truly dedicated to making the system fit properly and to ensure I would be happy with it. This team is the best of the best in my opinion. I will only trust my car to Bob Pulte Chevrolet for all future work. I would highly recommend this dealer. More
