I have used this dealership for warranty service repairs with both of my cars in the past 2 years and was very satisfied with the service I received. I was extremely pleased with my experience with the Pulte Service Term. Jim Couch was very helpful,answered all of my questions and all of my needs were met. I was a little disapointed that the Trans cooler line which had to be replaced was not covered by the 100,000 mile Drive-Train wararanty that comes with the purchase of a brand new Suburban. It seems that GM gives this warranty but can find a reason why this is not covered by the warranty itself. I feel like when you purchase a $50,000 vehicle and only have 59,000 miles on the vehicle that it in fact should not have this type of a problem already and most of all for me the consumer,the trans cooler is in fact part of the drive-train. More

We always have a good experience at Bob Pulte. They take care of you and your problem. No complaints. They found the problem during a routine oil change and scheduled additional repair for the next opening care of you and your problem. No complaints. Skeeter did a good job of keeping us informed during the lengthy buying process. Small town service is what you get at Bob Pulte and that is why we came back for our second purchase in less than 1 year. Being a GM family member we would have gotten the same price anywhere, but other "larger" dealers lack the personal touch you get from everyone we spoke with at Bob Pulte Chevrolet. I found that the customer service was the best that I ever had from a GM dealership. I did not waste a 40+ mile trip. Before I drove down, Skeeter made sure that I was approved and he sent me links to se ever had from a GM dealership. I did not waste a 40+ mile trip. I had my car in because of a safety recall. I was scheduled in at my convenience and my appointment was kept right on time. Mr. Hurst was friendly and professional when I arrived, as was Mr. Couch w scheduled in at my convenience and my appointment was kept right on time. There was no charge to me because it was a safety recall and no one made any attempt to charge me for anything other than what I was there for. More
