I arrived for a 1015 appointment. The service man said I didn’t have an appointment. He told me they probably didn’t have time to do it. I showed him my appointment time and 2 conformations on the Mychevy App. He then said they would try to work me in. What generally takes a half hour turned into almost 2 hours. While I am grateful they worked me in, I am unhappy about missing an extra hour of work. More

The answering service set me up with a service appointment (which was almost a 2week wait) and when I went to the dealership for that service, the service department did not have me on the schedul appointment (which was almost a 2week wait) and when I went to the dealership for that service, the service department did not have me on the schedule! Even though it wasn’t my fault, I had to reschedule (another week wait). After waiting 3 weeks for service the repair that was done did not fix the problem ( I had to return the vehicle 2 days later). This is now the 3rd attempt to fix the same problem. GM begrudgingly finally decided to replace the EBCM (A.K.A. ABS module) which took another 10 days to get and install. In case you’re counting we’re now at over 4 weeks to get a warranty problem taken care of.And now, the icing on the cake… replacing the ABS module required bleeding the brake lines and there was air left in the lines causing the brake peddle to be “mushy”. I ended up taking the vehicle elsewhere to have the brake lines properly bled. In my opinion there are procedural and personnel challenges occurring at Pulte Chevrolet. Sorry for the bad review but that’s just an honest recollection of my latest experience there. More
