Stay Away Zero Stars - but it makes you choose at least one. I do not recommend buying from Poynter - (Hyundai). I purchased a 2016 which has already had 2 ma Zero Stars - but it makes you choose at least one. I do not recommend buying from Poynter - (Hyundai). I purchased a 2016 which has already had 2 major parts replaced and has been in the shop 4 times. It has to go in again because it is still making 2 noises which they allege to have fixed. Since they allege they fixed it - Hyundai refuses to assist me. Poynter is refusing to assist me now also and told me to go to a different service center which is almost an hour away. I would never purchase another Hyundai and most definitely will never purchase from Poynter again. The owner of the company ignores consumers if they contact him and their solution was to charge me an ADDITIONAL $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 for an EVEN trade. I strong recommend staying away from this dealer. They also falsified their service records alleging they fixed the sounds when they did not. I asked them to change it because i still hear the sounds and they refused so now Hyundai refuses to assist me with it because according to Poynter the issues were "fixed". The owner refuses to reply to your email/complaints also. More

The car would be delivered the next day but since I'm single I was going to have to find a neighbor to travel back to Columbus with me to pick up the car. Mr. Arnold arranged to have one of the dealership drivers pick me up at my home, I live over 2 hrs away, what other dealership would go to those lengths. Easiest purchase ever! I found the truck I liked online and drove from Greenwood to Columbus to look at it. Everyone was beyond polite and down to earth. I feel like it was a fair deal all the way around. I never felt like it was me against them. This was the first time ever, I didn't feel screwed driving off the lot in a new vehicle. I would certainly use them again and recommend anyone to drive to Columbus to see them. More
