Poor Customer Service I bought a vehicle after making a three+ hour trip. I delivered a check paying entirely for the vehicle on the spot. They didn't even fill the gas full and I had to stop on the way home to fill up my new vehicle. When I arrived home, I learned that the second key didn't work (I understand that mistakes happen). I was able to get a second key made and they refunded me my money. However, since I live out of state, the dealership took nearly a month to get the title of the vehicle sent to me. This became a long drawn out process and I was told they would mail it to me, only to find out when I returned home from vacation that it still hadn't been mailed out. When I called the GM of the dealership, I was greeted by his voicemail, only to never receive a return phone call. I'm a little disappointed in the dealership and the people I dealt with, except Tom. He seemed to be a good guy. Thanks, Tom! More

I had a trade in vehicle and we went through the process of the appraisal of my trade in value which was a nice experience due to they presented a reasonable trade-in allowance that met my expectations. The finance process with Nick was very professional and he took the extra time to answer my questions while explaining what the documents were that I was signing. Very pleasant experience. Grant fully explained my 2014 Challenger's features during the delivery process and made sure I was clear on how to use them before I took delivery and left the dealership. So over the weekend we did more research and made a final decision this was the one.
