Vehicle Purchase This was our third vehicle ( 2002- 2012 - 2015) purchased from Bob Poynetr in Columbus, IN. Each purchase, the experience has improved. Rick Cadle d This was our third vehicle ( 2002- 2012 - 2015) purchased from Bob Poynetr in Columbus, IN. Each purchase, the experience has improved. Rick Cadle did a very nice job locating the vehicle we wanted and explaining the details of the purchase. Chrysler could do a better job explaining to their sales people if the vehicle incentives will be carried over into the next month. Our purchase was on 4-30-2015 due to our vehicle being in an accident (totaled) so we were pushed to try and get the incentives before 5-1-2015. We were going to purchase the vehicle anyway but it would have been a little easier and slower if everyone , including the sales peolpe, would have known. The finanacing could have been explained a little clearer, but overall a good experience. Rick was professional from the beginning to end of sale including showing how the vehicle options work. We purchsed the a Chrysler Employee plan so he was more of a facilitator-very important role and he did a greta job. Do we get a hat or shirt since this is our third vehicle purchase from this dealer!!! More
