Great experience I saw a car on the lot that I immediately fell in love with. After some looking around online I decided to go in and test drive the vehilce. Auto repair personnel not very knowledgeable I hit a deer brought my vehicle there for repairs. Was around 6k estimate they hooked up my radiator wrong and had caused oil and coolant to mix toge I hit a deer brought my vehicle there for repairs. Was around 6k estimate they hooked up my radiator wrong and had caused oil and coolant to mix together, they replaced the radiator took care of that 100% but then I notice It was leaking fluids in my garage so I asked them about it and they told me they found a leak in the power steering line and would cost 900 to repair so I took it for a 2nd opinion they knew right away what happened, Bob poynter when they was taking the radiator apart to replace the first one they messed up they laid it on top of my engine and the oi/coolant drained over everything under the hood. The other place I went cleaned up Bob poynters mess they left for FREE and it's been 10 months since and have not any leaks. By the time they was done the 6k estimate totaled over 8k not including brakes that were shot from trying to avoid the deer at 70mph that I paid for (700$) or the fake leak they was claiming it had. More
