I test drove the new CX-7 and loved it, but the price was a little more than I wanted to spend. So I let my salesman know the price range that I wanted to stay in and he accomadated me with all respect and helped me find exactly what I wanted. This made the car deal easy and effortless and I was in and out of the dealership within a reasonable amount of time. I don't have one bad thing to say about this dealership and my car deal. They were never too pushy or demanding in their sales efforts, but instead made sure that I was put into something that I would be able to afford and meets my lifestyle. The service department has always been really helpful when I have brought my cars in for emergency and routine maintenance. We had a car picked out that we were going to buy at Bob Penkhus. The salesman didn't call back when he said he would. Wanted us to take a dirty car with no gas and low tire pressure out for a drive after he finally got the battery charged up. We said "no thanks," and drove to Ft. Collins to visit Spradley Barr. We drove our new car home that evening and have been thrilled with it. Definitely don't think Bob Penkhus cared about our business. More

I just bought a brand new VW from Bob Penkhus (best car and experience I've ever had) after shopping at 3 other VW stores, including Al Serra VW in Colorado Springs. They were extremely competitive and upfront with the pricing, and I got quotes in Denver too, and I feel very comfortable sending my friends to see Bob Edwards there. I don't really agree with some of the reviews on this site about the Penkhus organization, and hopefully others have the same experience I did. A+ job. More

You should always read your paperwork and pay attention when buying a vehicle. In picking out the car Tony was very professional and informative. He worked with me to get the price at the right level. After I purchased the car "as is" I found out the door lock didn't work on the pa informative. He worked with me to get the price at the right level. Very much crooked when selling. Lied a getting decreased insurance cost because of doing a window ETCH. This cost 285 dollars.
