My typical experience with used car purchasing included lots of wasted time and frustration. This time, I had the fortune of workers by with Ernesto-one of their more experienced sales specialists. Genuine, patient, and calm, I not once felt pressured, and actually felt like they were being as transparent as possible with the sale. Ernesto actually helped me find the right match for my family, and guided me towards some good decisions. Yes ...the whole process still took some time, but in the end I did find exactly what I was looking for and am now the proud owner of a great vehicle. Highly recommend this dealership and specifically, Ernesto! More

We have bought two cars from them in the last 45 days, and even moved our insurance for auto and home over to the Allstate branch out of their office. Our salesperson Fabian Vigil has been incredible. He is young, but extremely good. He is honest and extremely hard working. With the visit vehicle we bought they were extremely low pressure and even gave me more for my trade to help get the payments where we needed them. Then a month later we were looking for a car for our oldest daughter, Fabian spent over an hour showing us every car on the lot. We were unable to find anything that fit into our budget that was what we were looking for, so Fabian said he would keep an eye open and we went to three other dealerships. We called Fabian back because there was one car we wanted to take a look at again and he mentioned a car that was a little higher than our budget that checked all of the boxes of what we were looking for. The dealership helped with financing to try to get it into our budget and lowed the cost by 15% as well. Fabian has been extremely professional and we have come away extremely impressed with the dealership as a whole. I look forward to coming back to them in 18 months when our middle daughter will need a car. More

I purchased a vehicle last October and was guaranteed by the Finance Manager Dave Lentz that if I purchased the extended warranty and got rid of vehicle sooner that I would be refunded a prorated amount on the extended warranty. He was very persistent on selling his warranty and telling me lies! As it turns out they don’t refund on the extended warranty unless vehicle is stolen and stopped allowing for cancellation since early 2000’s per another manager today. It’s one thing if you tell me my risks and I lose but when you state something that is false for your own benefit you are wrong! I will never do any business with them nor recommend to anyone ever! More

I found what I was looking for, and they gave me a great first look at it. Gareth was knowledgeable of the car.He sold me the car in a great price and he hooked me up with a full tank too. Sadly I had to take that car back because of loan issues. I was afraid to start from scratch again. I went there telling him the problems i had with my loan and they understand me completely. They found me another car that same day and told me to give them a good price for a car. I did, and was dissapointed because i felt that the price they game me was too low for the dealership to accept. But they did. Gave me that car in a great and fair price and drove away with away with it the next day, without any penalites from the other car. His manager Matt Canales was nice enough to make me that offer for that car. They are really military friendly and understandable to your financial problems. They will present you with many options and that is really amazing!!! Overall perfection =) More

We decided to trade it in earlier this year but went back to Bob Penkus and received horrible service and were told Ernesto was no longer there. We just went back today to look and saw that Ernesto was back, needless to say, we left with a brand new GTI. He is very personable, you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and isn't out to just make a buck. We rave about him to everybody we can! More

Patience Was Key I don't normally write reviews but this will be one of the few exceptions. My husband and I were greeted by Adolfo Lopez-an instantly friendly guy who I don't normally write reviews but this will be one of the few exceptions. My husband and I were greeted by Adolfo Lopez-an instantly friendly guy who, despite our previous attempts, was willing to work with us and listen to our chapter-book story of failed attempts at trading our car- just as we were walking through the rows of vehicles. We laid down the law as to what we could afford in monthly payments and etc. He wrote it down (on his hand no less, perhaps a sign of his dedication) and the negotiating began. Though we spent hours there, he and the financial guy Billy, were able to work their hardest to get us the perfect deal. I don't want to rant here but if it weren't for them we would probably have given up (especially after having spent the entire previous day trying to get the other dealerships to work with us). Overall, a good experience. More
Shady used cars I bought a 20 thousand dollar "certified" used car from these guys on 1/29/15. Two days after owning the vehicle is when the nightmare began. Long sto I bought a 20 thousand dollar "certified" used car from these guys on 1/29/15. Two days after owning the vehicle is when the nightmare began. Long story short, the windshield wiper sprayers where not hooked up to the hood, and I noticed that a bolt hooking the trim to the bumper was missing(causing it to hang). I called and drove an hour back to the Springs and they did repair these things for free(safety issue). Then a few weeks later, the car was having problems starting in cold weather, the brakes where shaking, and to top it off the power steering and the heater where making noise. I called and spoke with the sales manager(Dan) asking to at least get help with the battery(this is a certified vehicle, they could at least have tested the battery before selling it to me). The manager agreed with me, and said he would talk to the service manager and call me back the next day. This is now 2 weeks later and I have not been contacted back. I had to pay a repair shop $600 to fix everything but the brakes. I still need to get the brakes fixed. The bottom line is, I should not have to pay almost $1000 dollars to have critical problems fixed with a car I have owned for less than a month. Especially a "certified" one. Also, the sales manager could at least have called me back as promised, even to at least say "screw you". Buyer beware of this dealer! More
