Perfect Car Buying Experience I can't imagine a better buying experience. I admit that I was very nervous when I set out to purchase a new car as all the stories of how trying it I can't imagine a better buying experience. I admit that I was very nervous when I set out to purchase a new car as all the stories of how trying it can be were holding me back. However, I got lucky when I found Bob Penkhus and especially Corinna Couchman. She was tremendous and patient during my shopping experience and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I hope I do not need another car again for a long time, but if I do, I'm sure this is where It'll be from. In the meantime, I'll recommend Bob Penkhus to any one and everyone I know inneed of a vehicle. More

I saw a vehicle I was interested in on car gurus, so I called the dealership and was able My overall experience with this dealership was outstanding. I saw a vehicle I was interested in on car gurus, so I called the dealership and was able to set up a visit the next day. When I came in they had the car ready took at and test drive. I was pleased with the car, so we were able to start talking about numbers right away. What a nightmare! Spent 4 hours in the dealership. Had to sign a second lease agreement because they had the wrong tax rate on the first one. Went to register my vehicl Spent 4 hours in the dealership. Had to sign a second lease agreement because they had the wrong tax rate on the first one. Went to register my vehicle and was told that the dealership needed to file paperwork with the state. Called the dealership and was promised that they would overnight me paperwork or new temp tags. Never got it. Left messages that weren't returned. My temp plates are expired and I cannot register my vehicle. Do not buy here! They don't care a bit about you once they have your money. More

What a wonderful place I have to say my experience with Corinna Couchman at Bob Penkhus was actually quite wonderful and having 10 years in the automotive/dealer industry I I have to say my experience with Corinna Couchman at Bob Penkhus was actually quite wonderful and having 10 years in the automotive/dealer industry I would say it was one of the best. I had been looking for an M3 for a while now and the 2 other dealers who I went to needless to say were the normal not fun pushy salesman type who only wanted a quick sale. Corinna is not that type of sales person, very professional and always trying to help, while not trying to rush you. She was able to get me in and out with the M3 I wanted and even honored a mistype price online for the vehicle. Very friendly and I highly recommend her and Bob Penkhus to anyone who is looking for a no pressure car buying experience. More

Disappointed I was interested in a 2004 Kia Sedona that I saw on Auto Trader at this dealership. I put in a inquiry through Auto Trader Tuesday (9-6-16) evening as I was interested in a 2004 Kia Sedona that I saw on Auto Trader at this dealership. I put in a inquiry through Auto Trader Tuesday (9-6-16) evening asking for pics of the vehicle, and immediately got a call from Madison. My phone was on mute so I didn't notice. Got a voicemail giving me her direct number, called it the next morning and left her a message, 5 hours later after no return call I left another message. Late that same night I put in another inquiry on Auto Trader for the same vehicle since I never heard back from Madison that day, which was Wednesday (9-7-16).... Today, Thursday 9-8-16, I got a return call from Madison at 8:50 telling me that someone will be sending me pics as requested. By 2:30 this afternoon I still hadn't got any pics, so I called Madison's direct line and spoke with her. She talked about how some guy was supposed to send them and she'll go downstairs to see what happened. I FINALLY received 4 terrible pics at 2:42 pm with not a single follow up from Madison. In fact, I pretty much had to do all the work just to get those crappy pics. I know the vehicle is cheap and all, but really this customer service sucks. I will not make any further contact as this was a total waste of my time. Toodaloo! More

The run around I went to this dealer looking to buy a truck and told them that I had a low credit score after pulling my credit they told me I would need a cosigner. I went to this dealer looking to buy a truck and told them that I had a low credit score after pulling my credit they told me I would need a cosigner. They spoke to him at 10 am on Saturday 27 Aug and I was told by Matt the sales man I would hear back shortly. 2 hours later still no call back so I had to call him 10 times and I finally get a text that he was with a customer and would call me back. 2 more hours pass by and I finally get a call from Matt to be told that he was busy and would get to my paperwork as soon as he could. This is 4 hours after speaking to my cosigner and he had not done anything. So I call back and ask to speak to a Manger and was told that Rob Penkhus would call me back this was at 3pm as of 5pm still no call from anyone at this dealership. I will never buy anything form any dealership in this group and would not recommend them to anyone I wasted a day waiting for them to call me back like they said they would if my credit was the problem then they should have just told me no not string me a long and give me the run around More
