Bob Penkhus doesn't stand behind their prodiuct. I had an oil change at 30,000 miles. I asked the service rep to repair my horn, as it hadn't worked for a while. He said it would take 5 +/- hours. We I had an oil change at 30,000 miles. I asked the service rep to repair my horn, as it hadn't worked for a while. He said it would take 5 +/- hours. We didn't have the time so he suggested next service. Next service was 39,000 miles and the new service rep said I'm past my warranty. 38,000 miles. I've had a different service rep each of 4 times I've been there. I'm really disappointed. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. More
