He also did not know anything about setting up an uber for me to get back to my home while waiting. When I returned to pick up my car, I had to wait 40 mins before I could pay and leave which was very inconvenient. It took two people to assist the person ahead of me, which caused the delay. In addition, there were issues with the card being used to process my payment so a sales representative had to check me out. I did appreciate Haleigh’s communication with me throughout the day as well as her setting up an uber for me. She was very approachable to interact with and assisted with everything I needed. More
