James "Chris" Sherban (my service manager) and Eric Conrad (the highly experienced Volvo maintenance technician) at Bob Penkhus Volvo in Colorado Spri James "Chris" Sherban (my service manager) and Eric Conrad (the highly experienced Volvo maintenance technician) at Bob Penkhus Volvo in Colorado Springs did an absolutely terrific job dealing with a significant brake issue on our 2016 Volvo XC90. Their swift and accurate response to the problem, along with the extraordinarily friendly customer service they provided, made our entire service experience stress free and successful. The bottom line is automobile safety, but it's also nice to know there are professionals of integrity who care about customer service and fair prices. Chris and Eric are just such two. They should be recognized and commended for their clear commitment to quality service, excellence, and steadfast integrity. My wife and I will definitely continue to do business with Penkhus's Volvo service department as a result of these two gentlemen. More
