Great experience buying my new Maxda CX5! I was greeted and felt comfortable knowing that I was in the right place! I was asked what I was looking for and all of my requirements were addressed I was greeted and felt comfortable knowing that I was in the right place! I was asked what I was looking for and all of my requirements were addressed with great courtesy. Buying a new car for the first time since 2001 was a bit overwhelming to me but I was assured that I would be well taken care of! It was a very scary yet exciting time for me! Mitsubishi service center I brought my car into the Mitsubishi service center for an oil change. I’m not sure why the Mazda/Volvo dealership won’t do oil changes on a Hyundai. I brought my car into the Mitsubishi service center for an oil change. I’m not sure why the Mazda/Volvo dealership won’t do oil changes on a Hyundai. I’ve been going to Penkhus for years for oil changes and have never had an unpleasant experience, until yesterday. Overall it wasn’t too bad, but when I walked in, I stood there for almost 10 minutes without anyone even acknowledging my existence. Not a hello, head nod, nothing. Seemed very unfriendly. Penkhus Mazda next door was never like that. If I hadn’t paid a lot of money for lifetime oil changes, I think I’d find a new place to service my car. More
No Gimmicks I walked in, told them what I wanted and what price range/options etc and left with a better maintained vehicle with fewer miles than at the other car I walked in, told them what I wanted and what price range/options etc and left with a better maintained vehicle with fewer miles than at the other car lot. 2011 Chevy Cruise I bought this crap vehicle from Bob Penkhus for my grand-daughter. Less than one month after purchase the car was in the service center because the tr I bought this crap vehicle from Bob Penkhus for my grand-daughter. Less than one month after purchase the car was in the service center because the transmission went out. Have the vehicle back and trans went out again. The breaks have gone out on this vehicle twice (nearly killing her the second time) and the service Dept repaired a second time but telling us they could not guarantee that it won’t happen again! So basically they sold me a vehicle with open recalls and the car has been in the shop longer than on the road’ More
