Not very courteous I felt like the first initial contact with the Mazda advisor was rude. We also had other problems with sensors that needed to be addressed and was told this is turning out to not be only a recall problem. We called Bob Penkhus looking for a Nissan rogue and talked with Joe McNulty and he was extremely honest and forthcoming about the vehicles the dealer We called Bob Penkhus looking for a Nissan rogue and talked with Joe McNulty and he was extremely honest and forthcoming about the vehicles the dealership had in stock. Sadly, they didn't have a good fit for my wife and I and we had to look around town for a better fit. Later that day Joe called us back and told us they just had a nissan rogue come in that did fit our needs. Again, he was honest about the car and my wife and I drove over 50 miles to see the vehicle. Everything Joe described was accurate and the car was a perfect fit. After that financing was a breeze and we left with a new (used) car. I highly recommend starting your car search with Bob Penkhus and if you can, ask for Joe, you won't regret it. More
