Wasted morning The key I ordered was the wrong one and could not be programmed for my car . Negligence in work The technician did not secure my protection shield under the car while changing my oil. The shield fell off while I was driving 65 miles per hour on t The technician did not secure my protection shield under the car while changing my oil. The shield fell off while I was driving 65 miles per hour on the freeway and caused my car to veer off. When I called to report this It was not shared with the service manager and when I called again the answer to me was that the part was not secure when I brought it in. This is absolutely not true and I received a form from him that there was no concerns with the car. Terrible service and no accountability or responsibility taken for almost causing me to have a serious accident. More
