Thorough and Professional I had to replace a new tire. Joey also did the leg work to get my adjustment for road hazard with the tire company. Plus, he noticed that I had not yet accomplished some of the 30,000 mile preventive maintenance and was able to work that in while I waited. I liked their new "shuttle" service. Instead of waiting for a scheduled departure with a shuttle driver, they now call Uber and get you a ride quickly. Again, my thanks to Mr. Joey Culbertson. More

Service review Service was excellent and employees of Perkus Motors were friendly and of great help. Poor customer service to take care of customers with slow service, lack of communication to customers on timing and long wait times in line waiting to be helped. It may have been a busy day but none of the employees were engaged or happy. The place has changed since last year. All new people it seems and it didn’t change for the better. The salesman could at least help when the service employees are busy. No one was engaged. More
