He was professional and I feel he worked very hard to get me the deal I was looking for. My issue is with the service department and/or the receptionist. I called twice a couple days after my purchase to ask a warranty question. I left a message the first time and spoke with someone the second. The person I spoke with did not have an answer and said he would get back to me. I never received a phone call back either time. I did speak with Aric again. He said he would get the answer and return my call, he did just that and had an answer. At this time I believe a different dealership who truly cares about their customers would benefit from Aric being on their staff. I still feel like the supporting players at Bob Penkhus are only concerned about the sale, this assumption does not include Aric Cecale. More
