We purchased the car end of December, and there was a known issue with the driver's seat motor. I called service department 4 times and left voicemails, never received a call back. Actually had to go in known issue with the driver's seat motor. I called service department 4 times and left voicemails, never received a call back. Actually had to go into the dealership to get help. Then when I finally got an appt, had to drop my car off for them to look at, I came to pick up my car they said I was all set ready to go. But when I walked out to my car, the driver seat was not fixed. So back into the service department, then I was finally told they had to order a part. Week went past with No call to say my part is in, so I called the customer service rep Victoria and she had to find out for me and schedule the appt. Also the day they were suppose to pick up my car to do service they forgot about me. So I ended up dropping it off again. I have worked in customer service for YEARS, and your dealership, really needs to learn what customer service is. I will not recommend or return to Bob Penkhus for service. More
