SERVICE APPT: Very friendly, but didn't come in to find me. Said would take 1 hr for oil change and tire rotation. I checked after 1.5 hours and they said it was done, why didn't they come and find me? Als me. Said would take 1 hr for oil change and tire rotation. My owner's manual says to cross the back tires to the front when rotating, they don't do that. My tires can run either way, not sure why they don't follow the standard. More
