From the nice lady answering the phones, to the sales associates, to the general manager, these people know how to exceed a buyer's expectations. We bought our used vehicle from another state after searching for days online. We had many questions they answered without hesitation. They went out of their way to ensure a seamless transaction. What really stood out to me was how they fixed some minor interior and exterior blemishes we had not expected them to fix with only a days notice.....wow! We were going to buy the car either way so that, in my opinion, is how you exceed expectations.
