I have lifetime oil and this is the only reason I bring my car here. I always have $1500 worth of add-ons. When I take my vehicle to another shop, prices are much better and "urgent" repairs from Bob Penkh my car here. I always have $1500 worth of add-ons. My advisor knew I needed to be somewhere at 10:30 (appointment was at 9), but when my car was ready at 10, she continued talking to another employee and messing around with a stapler for 10 minutes while I sat and watched from the waiting area. I do like the video inspection report though. More
