Came in for oil change. Mechanic told me my breaks need to be replaced and that my tread on my tires are low and need to be replaced. Tires and breaks are brand new. So no I wouldn’t recommend anyone takin More

We have high standards for ourselves and are truly disappointed to hear that these standards were not satisfied during your visit. I met with the involved parties to better understand where we went wrong. When our technician filled out your inspection sheet from the service before this last one, we had marked on your report that your vehicle needed new brakes. When you came back, after receiving new brakes from another service department, we forgot to omit that service off of your report. This was an oversight on our part, and we are truly sorry. However, our technician did find that your car is not in proper alignment and it is causing uneven wear and baldness on your tires. At Bob Penkhus we pride ourselves on treating our customers with respect by being ethical and honest - always. We hold ourselves to high standards of integrity and strive to treat our staff and customers like family. We hope you understand our oversight.
