We later brought the car back for a couple of service items and Victoria was super helpful and went above and beyond to get us taken care of. She got us into a loaner car and coordinated the service along with the tire patch and windshield replacement in the same visit. We just dropped the car off, and she took care of everything for us. I couldn't have been easier. We will definitely be coming back for any future purchases! More

I have gone here for oil changes for several years. This past experience was my first negative one. I dropped my car off and got an Uber home quickly, so that was great. I texted my service tech and asked them to replace the back windshield wiper. The tech said no problem. When I arrived four hours later to get my car, it was still not ready because they had to (apparently) get the wiper blade from elsewhere (if I’d known this I would have said never mind, but wasn’t told this would add time and be a considerable cost). The tech and mechanic talked about me as “the upsale customer” in front of me and said to “do mine because I’m there.” He then made me stand in line for another 20 minutes (about 30 minutes of waiting at this point) while he went out of his way to help other customers. When he finally checked me out, after waiting at least 40-45 minutes, he charged me $47 for one windshield wiper replacement. He offered no discount or apology. RIDICULOUS More
