Great people and experience We came in on a rainy afternoon late in the sales day and were helped by Norris Evans. He was very nice and professional and answered all our questions. After locating the vehicle we wanted and driving it we began to put a deal together. I was getting saddled in for the upcoming long typical negotiations that take place at most dealers. But I was pleasantly surprised when we came to an agreement on price within a very short period of time. The manager Craig Chancellor was upfront and forthright and is a no BS type of guy who I found to be a straight shooter. In finance we dealt with Joni Chancellor who was super sweet and explained all the paperwork thoroughly. Overall from sales, to management, to finance I found this dealership to be above par and this was best new car buying experience I have ever encountered. This purchase was our 2nd new VW in two months and we liked it so much that we plan on bringing both our new VW's back to Edmond VW for oil changes and all maintenance. When I arrived (at the wrong time because I can’t keep a calendar), they still I cannot express how awesome the service department at VW of Edmond is. Follow up from vehicle purchase Prior to arriving I called to ensure all accessories were in when I was told yes they had arrived and that I did not need an appointment I assumed I Prior to arriving I called to ensure all accessories were in when I was told yes they had arrived and that I did not need an appointment I assumed I was being told correctly. When I arrived the two people I had spoken with (My sales person and the manager) were no longer employed there. After being walkied to three departments (sales, parts and then finally service) I was told they would get the cargo cover and mats installed and sent it to detail. When it finally came back to me almost 2 hours later the cargo cover was not installed and the detail job was MORE than poor. I had to return back to service and tell them they did not install the cargo cover. They then went and took the parts off of another vehicle to put into mine. That is when I realized they didn’t vacuum well at all or wipe down the inside of my vehicle. At this point I had spend Enough time there and was so annoyed I just left. Not the best first impression of the quality of work done at this dealership. More
