Friendly, honest, thorough Went in for an oil change and the temps were dropping outside. They recommended an oil change but were hesitant to wash my car. I needed mud cleared out from the wheel wells, and underneath. They got it all off - all the sticky red clay bits the tunnel carwash missed. I like the car wash being included in the price of the oil change. Keeps me coming back. Plus Katero was great as I window shopped while waiting. More

I usually have to come back to re-fix the same issue or for something completely new that was caused by poor attention to detail. Last time, they left a noticeable scratch on my window tint while working on the window motor. This time, they left my cruise control unplugged, failed to get rid of the warning light on the dashboard, and somehow broke a previously working daylight running light while fixing the headlight... Every time I'm forced to come back - that's half a day wasted. I've worked with them for the past three years but can't take this kind of poor work quality any longer. I'll take my business somewhere where they don't depend on their established brand name for customer loyalty. More

I found the model car I had been considering and made the decision to buy it the same day.
