I'd be very leary to ever bring my VW back through their doors. Labor prices are outrageous. One problem that was meant to me fixed free from a recall turned into a big ticket deal. Few are made of money these days. And when a dealership tries to take from my family price gouging finding "mystery" repairs on a well taken care and maintained car. Then sending me home with my beautiful VW filling the driveway with oil pouring out of my car. Inexcusable. More

Service shop scammers I had a recall so I took my car here for repairs. I asked them to check mybrakes. They said I had 10% life left on my back and 30% on my front. They w I had a recall so I took my car here for repairs. I asked them to check mybrakes. They said I had 10% life left on my back and 30% on my front. They wanted almost $600 to repair. I wanted 2nd opinion from my mechanic. He said i have 40% to 50% life left and no need to replace for another 30,000 miles. Dealership said my back brakes were metal to metal. Lies! I emailed GM but no response. Now i wonder if my airbag recall was even repaired. Scammers More
