Prices were comparable to other cars, but other dealerships can't offer that warranty. The out-the-dpor price was close to the advertised price. Our salesman was clear and I trust him. When I was unsure about buying the first car I tried, they had no problem with me leaving the paperwork and visiting another dealership. I was comfortable that everyone was working to get me the right car at a good price. More

0900 Appointment for simple oil change on 2006 Jetta TDI Reason for rating: Gross incompetence! Checked in at 0900 AM, Checked out at 1115. That's more than 2 hours for a routine oil change and couple of Reason for rating: Gross incompetence! Checked in at 0900 AM, Checked out at 1115. That's more than 2 hours for a routine oil change and couple of minutes to spraying some water on the car but (called complimentary car wash). Left service department only to return 5 minutes later because the incompetent mechanic failed to complete the simple task of reconnecting the fresh air line so the engine could breathe! Also, incompetent mechanic failed to reset the maintenance reminder wrench that comes on when the next service is due...This VW service department and dealership is in the same block as the Mercedes dealership, I wonder if Mercedes has the quality mechanics screwing their customers vehicles... I will not be visiting the Edmond VW service department again... More

A simple new key programming We replaced a key in our 2017 VW. 3 weeks waiting and they never called, so I called them and it was there. The key was expensive but needed, plus w We replaced a key in our 2017 VW. 3 weeks waiting and they never called, so I called them and it was there. The key was expensive but needed, plus we were also charged an additional. $55 for programming. That was done successfully. $200 + and we were done. Problem is they didn’t bother to check the key. The next morning my wife drives to church and it’s very cold outside. After service she goes to leave and the battery in the key is dead. She is stranded in the cold alone. I helped her get through it and replaced the battery that day. That small detail they didn’t check caused a big problem for her, especially the day after a new key was purchased! Do better... More
