We have owned dozens of Volkswagens over the years, but this Dealership is the VW of Edmond is by far the best place for Service and Customer Service. We have owned dozens of Volkswagens over the years, but this Dealership is the best! My 2009 Tiguan was the first car in their service bay when the Dealership opened. From that day forward they had me sold! These folks know their VWs inside and out. The attention to detail is outstanding. They always find the problem and fix it in a timely manner. Even just going in for routine service is a pleasure. The Customer Service is top notch! Everyone is friendly and has a smile on their face. You can just tell it must be a great place to work.
