However I was really impressed when they came to tell me one tire (not oem brand) had a sidewall bulge. They had already tried to locate a replacement and apologized that the tire was out of production. I explained I had a warranty on it at tire dealer and really appreciated them finding this safety issue for me. They were all efficient, friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely have all my VW service done there! More
