It was my first time bringing my car to Allen Samuels for service. I will never take my car anywhere else. They were helpful, prompt and much less expensive than I expected. I was told the techs who were supposed to do my transmission flush on Saturday wouldn't be in due to Memorial Weekend, but two employees stayed until midnight Friday to ensure my car and another still received the service. Took it in bc my AC wasn't working on a 2020 Atlas cross sport that I purchased last Oct. First visit, they couldn't find anything wrong with it. Second visit, they kept for 5 days and told me they still co sport that I purchased last Oct. First visit, they couldn't find anything wrong with it. Second visit, they kept for 5 days and told me they still couldn't. I told them I would come pick it up and the manager finally intervened and let me know the service team lied to me and they hadn't touched it since I brought it in and only drove half a mile. (Which I knew bc of the VW app) He asked to give them another shot. We agreed we would. At that point my husband asked for a loaner bc we were down a vehicle, which we feel should have been offered before this point. They kept it another six days and again didn't touch it (my app confirmed it). Asked the manager for an update and was completely ignored. I finally called the service desk again and was told it would be done at 7PM that night and they would call when it was finished, to then be informed the following day (WHEN I CALLED AGAIN FOR AM UPDATE) that their machine was still broken and couldnt fix my car yet. Even though my husband was told someone would be coming out to fix the machine five days prior. We finally came and picked up the car, still no AC because we couldn't get any straight answers and went two week without my vehicle even touched. I then made an appt and took it over to OKC Volkswagen and they had my car back to me FIXED the very next day! The service tech also stayed in touch with me to make sure I knew what was going on with my vehicle. I will absolutely never step foot into Allen Samuels again. Horrible customer service, absolutely no communication and poor management. More
