Evidently you don't care what your customers think, because you haven't done anything to correct the problem. The dealership has had my car since September 9th. The things they say to cover themselves is ridiculous. All I get is that the parts are on back order. Don't have an eta or anything. They had the parts once (so they said) and delivery person took parts back by mistake. Yeah right! Then they said they couldn't locate truck or driver to get parts back. Yeah right. Then took them over 2 weeks to reorder. Just give my money back and I will buy a different car. Will never use Allen Samuels again.

We're sorry you feel this way. We don't know who you've been talking to about this but the parts are on backorder. You're more than welcome to call the other VW dealership around us and ask if they have the part you need. You know the emoji that is shrugging its shoulders, thats all we get from VW when we ask when we will be seeing this part in our dealership. If you want to give us your email address we'll be glad to send you over confirmation that there are none of these parts on this continent. We hope they helps, and we're sorry you're going through this. We're trying our best to get you this part to get you your vehicle back.
