Service department My wife took our 2013 gti in because the window switch had broken (drivers side of course). Chris and Justin got her in on the same day. We decided to do an oil change and the the tech (Ryan) caught an issue with the pcv valve that if left undiscovered would have caused a series of seal failures due to the over Pressurization of the valve cover. We didn’t even bring the car in for this and Ryan had sent us a detailed video showing the issue. Good folks! More
