I am sorry about your poor experience with our store, as well as the delay in responding - I had to do some investigating to find out which store would be handling it. We have addressed the problem you had with the business office internally and thank you for bringing it to our attention. It is very difficult to fix a problem until you are made aware of it, so your comments are very appreciated and will hopefully make future visits much more enjoyable for you and everyone else! While we typically don't re-detail used cars, we do clean all new deliveries and that was probably why you saw the new car being cleaned. We value both our new and used business equally, and I am very sorry you felt offended by that. I heard that we are going to re-detail your vehicle to make it up to you, and our GM, Jeremy Freeman, has asked to have you call him personally and he will make sure that you get taken care of.
