My salesman, Dale, was very friendly and did the best he could to make sure we had what we wanted. Unfortunately, when it came to getting my title, things went weird. We didn't receive it or any information could to make sure we had what we wanted. Unfortunately, when it came to getting my title, things went weird. We didn't receive it or any information on who the loan was through for almost two months. We ended up going up there ourselves to see what was going on because no one would get back to me on the phone. When we went up there, they basically gaslit us and told us nothing was wrong. About a week later, they called us and said we had to come back to the dealership and resign my title, and didn't explain why we had to do that. After that, my tag date was extended, and then, lo and behold, we got the title and loan info 2ish weeks later. We still aren't sure what happened. We think someone made a mistake but it's annoying that we were completely in the dark the whole time as to what was going on. More
