The detail team missed a few spots, and Dale took it upon himself to touch up those areas, so it was looking great when I drove it off the lot. This is my third Mazda vehicle in a row (Zoom Zoom!!) and the second that I have purchased from Bob Moore. Highly recommend them and Dale. More
I worked with Parker Cobb and he did a great job on his end and I would recommend him as a great sales person. I would do business with him again in the future if he wasn't at a Bob Moore autogroup dealers end and I would recommend him as a great sales person. The next stage in this review is my opinion and only an opinion and my expereince with Bob Moore Mazda. Your experience "may vary". My problem is with the sales leadership drastically undercutting used car values and not wanting to come down on the price of their vehicles. I was quoted an average trade in by Bob Moore Mazda's online trade in tool VINCUE of roughly $19,030 to $20,538 (I have documented proof of this). Then I was given an actual quote in person of $15,000. When I laughed the offer the gave me $17,500 which is still way to low and the sales manager told Parker that was the "best" they could do. When I asked why the vehicle came in at such a low rate, nobody could give me an answer. I decided to trade in my car regardless and proceed with the purchase. The car I traded in was meticulously maintained by Bob Moore Audi and was in good shape. Additionally, and this is on me thinking a dealership wouldn't sell a CPO that was a wrecked car, I did not ask for a carfax up front. This is my fault. The dealership provided a carfax midway through signing paperwork to indicate the CX-9 I was purchasing had been in a collision with front and rear damage. If you BUY from this dealership, demand a carfax and autocheck up front. I previously purchased from Bob Moore Audi on my SQ5 and had a great experience with that dealership in the Bob Moore Autogroup. This particular experience has left a bad taste. I do not know if I'll go back to a Bob Moore dealership to purchase another vehicle at this point. More

I found the vehicle I wanted online through AutoTrader and called about it. I've had poor experiences in the past with dealers, but this one was pretty straightforward. I worked with Dustin, speaking several times throughout the day before I could drive from out of town to look at the car. I was clear on the phone that as it came with a CPO warranty, I did not want any additional add-ons, and Dustin was very understanding and no one tried to up sale me anything. The price of the vehicle was very fair, and they put on a new set of tires as well. I was impressed that they didn't put on no-name tires, but rather a quality, name brand set. I knew going in that the price was going to be the advertised price with the document fee. They were upfront that my trade offer wouldn't work for them, so we didn't waste any further time discussing it. Once we got to the dealer shortly before they closed, we took the vehicle for a test drive, and immediately started the process of purchasing it. I went in pre-approved through a bank, and the finance process went fairly quickly. As the detailers had already gone home, Dustin washed the vehicle himself while we worked through the financing. He was very understanding as we were in a rush to get out of there that evening. In the past, I've sat at dealers for half a day or more. This time, I was in and out of there in about 2 hours. More
