The sales service team at Bob Moore Cadillac was exceptional from start to finish - from my initial email request for information through financing, adding additional items to the vehicle, to finall exceptional from start to finish - from my initial email request for information through financing, adding additional items to the vehicle, to finally driving it off the lot. Thi Anderson, sales represenative, was extremely helpful not only with providing the information I needed about the car, but also with getting a great deal on my trade-in vehicle. Thi aslo worked with a local vendor to install additional media players and window tint - all completed before I picked up the vehicle. This was my first buying experience with Bob Moore, and I'm certain it won't be my last. More
If you love your car DO NOT TAKE IT HERE , I took my car in to get look at because I was having some problems. They said I needed a case bearing that would cost around 650 dollars which was fine I did not m in to get look at because I was having some problems. They said I needed a case bearing that would cost around 650 dollars which was fine I did not mind paying for it because I was told by Kenneth that it would correct all the problems. They had my car for about a week I finally got it back. When I left it seemed like it was driving good so I took it to work. The day after I got it back I had to get the car towed back to the company because I could not drive it, they now told me I needed a transfer case which would cost me around 2658 dollars, I did not feel like I should have to pay this large amount when it hadn't even been 24 hours since I got it back. He said I drove my car 70 miles which is wrong but that it was my fault it got messed up. If they did any kind of good work to my car It should have lasted longer than a day. I feel that because I'm young they are trying to get whatever kind of money off me. I ended up towing my car AGAIN to get my car off there lot because I no longer trusted them to have it. Before I never had this bad of problems with my car and when I took it to them I DROVE IT IN the first time. now I cant drive it. This has put me in the worst position ever and now I am left carless. I love my new 2014 ATS! First cadillac I have ever owned. So far everything seems be working with no issues. I didn't feel pressured or rushed to purchase, and I enjoyed using the free snacks and drinks whil So far everything seems be working with no issues. Everything we experienced thru out our car buying process with this dealership was completely perfect, the first time we drove onto the lot and started looking, a sales associate came over and said that he w with this dealership was completely perfect, the first time we drove onto the lot and started looking, a sales associate came over and said that he was with a customer, but would get someone right to us, not even 5 minutes went by until Jamar Dozier came over to show us the vehicles we were interested in. We were just in the looking phase of our buying and told Jamar that we were waiting on our insurance to pay off our vehicle that was totaled in a prior wreck. He understood completely and never tried to convince or sway our decisions at all, just gave us good solid advice. We did take a test drive, and was just about sold on the SRX right then, we told him as soon as we were ok to purchase we would be back. A few days later I returned and told Jamar that we had decided on the SRX, but wanted a few more options and started looking at the SRX Luxury package. Once we had made the deal with Jamar, he took everything over to finance, and Daniel Peoples was my finance officer, this also was one of the best experiences I have ever had in this area of financing a vehicle. Every step of this whole process was completely an enjoyable experience. Thanks again to Bob Moore and Associates for this whole process, and especially - Jamar Dozier, and Daniel Peoples. I was very disappointed in the during the deal process and the follow on service provided by the sales team. The salesman and the manager were unable to communicate with eachother clearly which made our and the follow on service provided by the sales team. We believed we had agreed on a price and due to their miscommunication, we had to start the process over. We were also promised a complete detail of the vehicle at a location in Tulsa to help save us time. When we took the car to Tulsa, the dealership there was on a complete different page than the one in Norman. Again, inability to communicate. I felt like the Norman dealership was working in confusion and could not relay proper information. I was very disappointed and would not recommend them to others. More

At the referred Cadillac dealership, had the good pleasure of working with (Daniel P.) and his team lead, Colt. First, Daniel P. turned out to be one of the most humble and attentive sales operative, I have ever dealt with: he was patient, courteous and made sure the whole process was brief and professionally handled, every step of the way. Secondly, and perhaps, most importantly, he does not rely on questionable sales tactics involving chicanery and subterfuge to confidently do his job. Lastly, he was knowledgeable and tried to honestly address questions and concerns raised during the sales process promptly. And, he has been helpful with the few things, so far, that needed to be resolved regarding the vehicle purchase. Hope to be a repeat customer and will recommend without hesitation. More
