My car is getting old but my service isn't. When asked about the car wash, I wasn't sure I wanted it. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Sara was very attentive and checked on everything even after the sale. Update. Bought 2020 Hyundai Elantra in tail end of may, early June 2023 . Everything seemed great for 3 weeks then problems one after the other. Have had the car in service 3 times now. Check engine light continues to go on and car goes into "limp mode" unable to accelerate beyond 10 mph. Young daughter has had this happen to her 2x on the highway!! So very dangerous. Lake Norman hyundai has been helpful but we Re so disappointed in bob mayberry hyundai!!! They lied to us and sold us a lemon! Come to find out transmission was replaced 2 months before we bought the car. This was not disclosed to us. Shame on bob Mayberry!!!! We are still working through this and hoping that the kind people at lake norman hyundai can continue to help us. More

I recently leased a 2023 Elantra and traded in my current lease in the deal. I worked with Danny McCormick who was very friendly, personable and honest. He really helped us get the best deal for us! 10/10 I then did the deal after taking with Danny with Tyrone Greene. He made the experience smooth and stress free. He's really a great person and we had a few laughs throughout the process. He did a thorough explanation of the lease, process and went over all options in the new car. 10/10 I also worked with Wyddy Vega who did a great job going through the paperwork. She is super friendly and personable! 10/10 My usual salesman is James Pigg. He was out and I'm positive he would have given me the same stellar service as I received during this deal. James is fantastic! 10/10 Thank you for working with me and my family again. Awesome staff and dealership! More
