As a first time Maxey customer, I am impressed. When my car was recently in for service, although it took a while, I was provided with a loaner and was comfortable and satisfied. My only issue is that whe car was recently in for service, although it took a while, I was provided with a loaner and was comfortable and satisfied. My only issue is that when my car was delivered upon purchase, there was a 911 assist message on my screen. Because neither the delivery person nor myself knew what it meant, I drove my car that way for several months until there was a recall, at which point this was discovered.. That should not have happened I’m not sure if the sales people need more instruction or maybe this was a fluke. All in all, so far i am very pleased with my purchase and with Maxey. More
Calling for a regular maintenance service appointment is easy and efficient. The check-in was virus safe and work performed ahead of estimated schedule with no surprises. I made an 10:00 a.m appointment for an oil change and was there until 1:45 p.m. Horrible Customer Service! 9/04/2020 my 06 Zephyr had a recall for airbag inflator; a porter picked up the car, but when I got my car back my key was stuck in the ignition. After a phone call, the porter returned to take my car back; a porter picked up the car, but when I got my car back my key was stuck in the ignition. After a phone call, the porter returned to take my car back; a couple hours pass then I received a call, now all of a sudden I'm in need of an ignition switch. Someone there may have made a simple mistake, understandable; but to force me to pay for that mistake, highly improper and less than stellar. The worst part is it's the holiday weekend and I have no car. I truly wish that I had a better experience; I don't think my ZIP played apart.....or did it? More
