I usually, receive very good service , but this last time they were off mark. I don’t own a Lincoln, but I come here for the service. Usually I get the super oil change, everything is checked. When I arrived I told the service guy that something is not right with my brakes, I assumed that he put that on the service paper, check the brakes more than usual. Well that didn’t happen, I asked again about my brakes before leaving, he looked on the sheet and said everything was fine. Well they weren’t fine, I went to KIA dealership, had to get front and back brakes plu plus rotor work. Guess I have to double check the service. But this is not going to stop me from patronizing this business. More

Service is fine, as usual. HOWEVER, the cashier did not have the car key, which is supposed to be released when payment for services is made. After some confusion, the key was located: in the UNLOCKED car have the car key, which is supposed to be released when payment for services is made. After some confusion, the key was located: in the UNLOCKED car that had been left unprotected on a busy street (Mack Avenue in Detroit)! That's careless, and a good way to let a car get stolen. And a good way to invite a lawsuit. More

Worst experience in having a car serviced in 50 years. Unresponsive for day and half on status of repair. Only after I called a second time and told them I was picking the car up because they had not call Unresponsive for day and half on status of repair. Only after I called a second time and told them I was picking the car up because they had not called me, did they call back 20 minutes later to say they had looked at the tires and were going to charge me $129 for the review. Then the Service Manager berated me when I told the service person I was pissed off about their poor service. More
