Bad service and waste of hundredths of dollars My journey began with Bob Maxey on May of 2018 I took my car inside for service to my moonroof they charge a fee to diagnose the problem I was given a My journey began with Bob Maxey on May of 2018 I took my car inside for service to my moonroof they charge a fee to diagnose the problem I was given a bill for 760.00 to have problem fixed here Iam a year later in May 2019 I took my car back because the moonroof was stuck again...this time I’m told my sunroof needed to be broke down in order to identify the problem Joe the account holder calls me and tell me it the motor it’s the cables and it was gonna be 2100 to fix..I asked Joe and the manager Phil how is it this problem was not identified last year when the car was brought inside the shop to be repaired I Asked why didn’t they need to break down the moonroof at that time no one gave me a answer just a bill so here Iam in week five of having my car at Bob Maxey thinking my car will be ready for pick up and they called me today only to tell me they identified more problems and it would be more money...after giving me a price after it was supposedly diagnosed...the only reason I took my car back to Bob Maxey was because it was a recurring problem ...that I took my car in for service prior now its five weeks later Still no repaired car just more things they claim is wrong...for a higher bill it’s sad because it was the same way when I took my car to Bob Maxey because it was overheating ..they said the needed to break down the engine to identified the problem when in fact I told them I had a diagnosis done on it from a auto repair shop before I brought it to the dealership and it was a hose ...they claimed it was a water pump and timing belt,, I got my car back a month later and still had to take it back because the car over heated each time after first time it over heated I was told it was bubbles the second time it was identified as the hose ... each thing this dealership have fixed on my car I’ve had to take it back ..the manager claimed the reason the had my car so long last May for the moonroof was due to the fact the cable kept slipping out the track so my question is how Iam I suppose to believe they didn’t damage my track and cable in the sunroof when they tried to repair it the first time..it just hard to believe on a feature that is only use a few time in a year on a car that hardly driven can build so many problems ...it’s been a waste of money dealing with Bob Maxey the manager claimed his machanics have over 30 years experience so my question is if that’s so why is it he keep missing the mark when it comes to my car..I take my car to dealership because I wanted the best service not to experience such set backs this is the .worst experience I ever had if you go to this place pls keep documents and receipts the don’t take responsibility for anything and me not being a machanic they liable to say anything is wrong the scariest thing is having bad machanic work on my car when I have elderly people who depend on that transportation everyday my car is the way I make a living this place is a nightmare More
