I have purchased /leased 2 vehicles from this dealer. I would rate the Sales department at a 5 star and the service department a 3. After a minor accident, I scheduled the drop off for repair. I dropped in out front and filled out the paperwork and dropped the keys and paperwork in the drop box. I was originally told it would take 3 days to fix. On the third day I called to find out the status, and was told they did not have my car !!! They passed me to several departments but know one could tell me where my car was. 2 days later they found it in the Repair center where is was put aside and waiting for a USB part. The major repair had not even started yet !!!!! I will not likely bring my car in for service. I'll take it to Crest Lincoln. There service is outstanding. More
