Not satisfied with the overall sales experience We enjoyed the leasing of our 2017 MKC cashmere in color. However, during the time period of getting ready to lease a new 2020 (that is really what We enjoyed the leasing of our 2017 MKC cashmere in color. However, during the time period of getting ready to lease a new 2020 (that is really what we wanted).We were (I feel) bamboozled in to buying a 2019. We ask for the date when the new 2020 Corsair (that is what we searched information about for months and that is REALLY what we wanted!), we were told, "Not until the end of the year" Of course we knew they didn't have the exact date of delivery; however, we should have been given a chance to at least extend our lease to another month, ANOTHER month so we could be afforded the pleasure of leasing a NEW 2020! That was our desire. But no, the sales persons, w(there were 3 in the beginning) trying to get the sale told us the exact opposite of what we finally found out! We finally finished the leasing 10 days passed out turn in dates for the 2017, and then, the Corsair comes in on OCT 3rd! I am appalled. We received an email/call (from Box Maxey) AND a call from another dealership letting us know that the Corsairs are in! I can NOT in my best interest, recommend this dealership. Also, reading along intently with the nice salesman, I find that the fight is fixed for anyone coming in to lease or buy.. More

Tech Torque on Oil Service Everything OVER torqued (Plug, Filter, and Lug Nuts)! No response to my two emails, Bent my lug wrench changing a tire. Broke two filter wrenches and bent a third on my next oil change. I guess the tech had the last laugh on the last-minute oil service. I will not leverage my next "free" oil service!!!!!! More
