Dumbfounded! I had my oil changed and well two days later I went into the back seat and found a brand new oil filter still in the box laying on the seat. I didn't I had my oil changed and well two days later I went into the back seat and found a brand new oil filter still in the box laying on the seat. I didn't call and ask due to the problem I had with my truck that I had taken in on the same day. They kept my truck for three days to trouble shoot the air conditioning not working. Dropped it off on Friday and agreed they could keep it until Monday. His reasoning for wanting to keep it until Monday was to troubleshoot, which sounded very reasonable. When I didn't hear anything by 5 pm on Monday I called and was informed they hadn't even looked at it and was informed they had all the time they needed! I informed them no that was not the case. The service person then gave a bunch of excuses which I interrupted him and said I needed to go on a trip when will you look at it. He informed me first thing Tuesday. The service person called me Tuesday morning around 10 am and informed me the a/c was low on fluid, they filled it re-pressuredized it or whatever they do and the truck was ready! During the whole time I communicated with the service person I felt like I was talked to like I didn't know a thing about anything and I could tell it was a massive snow job. Well after the issue with my truck I didn't want to go through that again. I ended up taking my car to a reputable auto mechcanic who couldn't tell if the oil filter installed on the car was new or not because of the weather we have had. The oil on the dip stick look ok he said but then again he couldn't tell. I had to go on a trip so will have the oil changed again when I get into Virginia. So as of now I don't know if the oil was changed or not! More
I scheduled multiple things to be taken care of on my vehicle, I didn’t get a rental car so I had to use their shuttle service. I needed my car back in time to pick up my daughter from school, which they vehicle, I didn’t get a rental car so I had to use their shuttle service. I needed my car back in time to pick up my daughter from school, which they noted but then I ended up being the one calling them asking about the status of my vehicle. They didn’t order two parts needed for my vehicle which they were aware of so I will need to return and this was on October 28th, still haven’t heard from anyone and I’m sure I will not. More

Forgotten in the waiting lounge. One small problem. I waited for a ride home in the customer lounge and I was forgotten. I waited for I hour before I went to find out what the situa One small problem. I waited for a ride home in the customer lounge and I was forgotten. I waited for I hour before I went to find out what the situation was and was told the shuttle bus had come back And left again. So I had to wait again. Last time I was there for sevice the same thing happened, only that time I waited 2 hours and again I was told, Oh! the bus has been back and gone again. So there is a communication problem here that Needs correcting because these situations really annoys customers. In fact there was lady in the lounge who started yelling something like this should'nt happen. So I'm hoping that next time I come for service this will not happen. I live alone and have one car and unfortunately need this sevice. Apart from this i have no complaints. More

Do not go here!!! I fear for those might not know about cars that much that they might drive off in a UNSAFE car. I went to get a new bumper and tires. The new bumper was so bent that I noticed it walking up to the truck. So they took another week to fix it again. my new tires were bigger size than the original tires but they didnt give me an alignment and they didnt even ask me if I wanted one (which I asked to have done). NOT SAFE. when I finally left, I got out on the road and my tires were flat. NOT SAFE. how they missed that when my truck literally tells you they're flat I have no idea. Than a week later the left tire went flat again because the stem was inserted incorrectly. They also over charged me from the original qoute. They realized it but "it was to hard to fix it".I paid it just to get out of there. Oh and the paint job was scaly . Bottom line if I didnt know just I little about cars. and I really dont. I might of drove off with a truck with a crooked bumper tires out of alignment and FLAT. I talked to Mike maxey , he sounded uninterested to hear about all of this . He said he'll look into it. I never heard back but I hope he did. Unfortunately from the rest of my experience I'm guessing nothing changed. More
