Waiting area is clean and free snacks are offered those waiting for service. In my case parts need to be ordered. I was told the parts for the most recent recall will not be available for 6 months. Had a routine oil change and tire rotation. The technician found a shard of glass in my tire. Had that fixed also thanks to his inspection. All people were friendly and helpful. My service was an unscheduled appointments. I had 2 very flat tires, and had my vehicle towed to Bob Lindsey Honda. I called to make them aware that my vehicle was on its way there. The service dept. staff was very understanding of my situation. They welcomed the service I needed. They were able to check out my tires within an hour of drop off. It was late afternoon, but they helped me out right away! I got an estimate right away. I was able to use their helpful shuttle service the next morning, to pick up my van. Service estimate for my 2 new tires was right on target. Staff all around was so helpful and kind! More
