Friendly quality service I have had my new honda into the shop 8 times in the 9 months I have owned this vehicle. Each time the service department has listened to my concerns, I have had my new honda into the shop 8 times in the 9 months I have owned this vehicle. Each time the service department has listened to my concerns, maintained a friendly atmosphere even when I was not pleasant due to my frustration of it taking so long to find a fix.
